RETURN POLICY
Please e-mail swmyo@bodysupports.com or call (505)830-3585 within 28 days of the order date to get a return authorization number (RA#) and a return address.
A reason for the return is required:
To Exchange:
If the size is wrong and the product has not been worn or used, then the product may be exchanged for the correct size. Buyer must pay for return shipping attention to the RA# and a new product will be shipped at no charge.
To Return:
If the size is wrong and it cannot be exchanged and the product has not been worn or used, then the product may be returned attention to the RA#. Buyer must pay for return shipping, and the Buyer’s account will be credited for the product cost when the product is received by the Seller.
If the product shipped is not the product ordered; or the product is damaged, then the product may be returned with a Seller-provided UPS return label (to arrive by US Post). Either a corrected product will be shipped out immediately; or the Buyer’s account will be credited in full.
